CANCELLATION, RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

General:
When you place an electronic order on www.exposideglobal.com, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement.
The Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant regulations apply.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Delivery cannot exceed 30 days; otherwise, the buyer may terminate the contract.

If Payment Is Not Made:
If the payment is not completed or is canceled in banking records, the seller’s delivery obligation ends.

Unauthorized Use of Credit Card:
If it is determined that the card was used fraudulently, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.

Force Majeure:
If delivery becomes impossible due to unforeseen events, the buyer may cancel or postpone the order. In case of cancellation, the total amount is refunded within 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal:
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without any reason or penalty.

Return Conditions:
The refund will be made within 10 days of notification, and the goods must be returned within 20 days.
The product must be complete, undamaged, and returned with its invoice and packaging.

Products Not Eligible for Return:
Customized items, personal hygiene products, opened cosmetics, software, and duplicated media cannot be returned due to hygiene or copyright reasons.

Default:
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they are liable to the bank and must compensate the seller for any damages due to delay.

Payment and Delivery:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or credit card. In online payments, the charge is processed at the end of the order.
