By confirming this agreement, the buyer accepts the obligation to pay the total amount including taxes and shipping.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the terms of sale, delivery, and payment for products ordered via www.exposideglobal.com.

3. Product Information

Product type, quantity, price, and total amount including VAT are stated in the order confirmation page.

4. Delivery and Payment

Delivery will be completed within 30 days at the buyer’s specified address. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or EFT.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without any reason or penalty.

Returned products must be intact, unused, and accompanied by their original invoice and packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Custom-made items, hygiene-sensitive goods, opened cosmetics, software, and digital content are not eligible for return.

7. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other unforeseen events preventing timely delivery, the buyer will be informed and may cancel the order.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

9. Enforcement

Once the order is confirmed, this contract is deemed accepted by the buyer.
